We hope that you will be delighted with your products. We have made it easier! If you bring the item back to us within 7 days with your proof of purchase we will give you a replacement or a refund.

If you have had the product up to 1 year, we will repair the product or if that's not possible we will give you a replacement or if that's not possible a refund. Please note, we cannot refund or replace used or goods damaged by customers or by use. To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at returns@dbsbiddulph.co.uk or telephone 01782 511660 Please note that original delivery charges and return postage charges are not refundable on unsuitable goods, only on faulty or damaged goods. Please follow the instructions and conditions in our Returns Policy section below. Right to Cancel You have a statutory right to cancel your contract for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you place your order. You do not need to give any reasons for cancelling your contract and you will not have to pay any penalty. If you have received the goods before you exercise your right to cancel then you must send the goods back to us at your own expense and risk as soon as possible. If you cancel your contract after the goods have been despatched but before the goods are delivered you must not unpack the goods when they are received and must send the goods back to us at your own expense and risk as soon as possible, using the original packaging. Returns When sending a return, please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we strongly recommend that you return it via a secure delivery service, where you will be given proof of posting and the goods will be insured in transit. Please also note that we cannot take responsibility for goods damaged when returned to us, so please ensure the original packaging is used and the products are packaged adequately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we do not give refunds on:

  • Items returned to us after 7 days of receipt
  • Items which are not in perfect condition and in their original packaging (unless notified as damaged/faulty)
  • Items which are damaged/faulty but not notified to us by email within three working days of receipt.
